How Long We Retain Your Data
AlphaFlight will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to the extent that we are obliged to do so in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and/or as necessary to protect our legal rights or for certain business requirements. Some of these reasons include: security, fraud and abuse prevention, financial record keeping, complying with legal or regulatory requirements, or direct communications with us. For example, if you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. How We Protect Your Data
We take our customer’s personal information seriously and take action to protect our customer’s personal data against loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorized access. The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged in users, and username of login attempts are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and to protect the site from specific kinds of attacks. Examples of conditions when logging occurs include login attempts, log out requests, requests for suspicious URLs, changes to site content, and password updates. This information is retained for 60 days. This site is scanned for potential malware and vulnerabilities by the iThemes Site Scanner. We do not send personal information to the scanner; however, the scanner could find personal information posted publicly (such as in comments) during the scan. Security logs are retained for 60 days. This site is part of a network of sites that protect against distributed brute force attacks. AlphaFlight aims to manage data properly, through appropriately training employees, having systems for documenting what information has been collected and shared, as well as through having procedures in place for dealing with data breaches.

Those who engage in transactions with AlphaFlight, LLC – by purchasing AlphaFlight’s services or products, are asked to provide additional information, such as necessary personal and financial information required to process those transactions. We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service.
